Is there a fee to join?

There are no costs to join Reservest.

Who is eligible to join?

We verify that all our Members are part of the travel trade and responsible for booking stays on behalf of Guests.

How long does it take to join?

We aim to process all submissions within 24 hours of application.

Can I earn commission?

Reservest is a B2B tool for travel agents and designers. We have negotiated commission rates with each of our hotel partners to ensure that your business can thrive.

Can I build proposals?

Yes, you are able to create shortlists of properties to share with your clients. You decide what listing information is shared with your clients at any time, from costs to images, layouts to amenities and configurations to booking details.

What are the payment options offered?

We offer a wide array of payment options on Reservest:

Do you offer BAR?

We strive to ensure that all rates on Reservest are the BAR offered by our partner villas and suites. We offer price matching if there is a discrepancy.

How is pricing and availability represented?

We strive to connect directly with our villa and suite partners' reservation systems, booking engines and host teams to ensure that availability and pricing is as accurate as possible at time of booking.

The platform will indicate the status of availability as either; live, request to book or inquire.

Live products are directly connected and all bookings are instant.

Request to book products have accurate pricing and availability but bookings are on request.

Inquire products are our off-market products that do not publish their rates or availability. All booking details are provided after an inquiry to the hotel.
