With the click of a button, travel agents can add a product to an existing proposal or create a new proposal with a unique name. Each user’s profile has its own proposals list, where you can preview, edit or delete your proposals with ease. Has your client accepted your latest proposal and completed their trip? You can delete that list or save it for future use.
The client-view proposal page is aesthetically clean and easy to understand, including each product’s maximum occupancy, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, images, description and nightly rate. We know that time is of the essence, so we have included all of the necessary information that a traveller may need to make a decision. Additionally, you can add your logo to the top of each proposal.
Once you’ve completed your shortlist, simply copy or email the ‘share’ link and send it to your client for review!
