- User Registration & Eligibility
- Our platform is available only toregistered travel agents, travel designers, and tour operators operating within a legally registered agency.
- All users must be at least18 years old or the legal age in their jurisdiction.
- Users mustregister an account and provide accurate and complete information.
- Wereserve the right to reject or suspend accounts if eligibility criteria are not met.
- Our Services
We provide a booking platform for travel agents offering:
- Vetted multi-bedroom products (MBPs)(e.g., villas and suites).
- Multiple payment solutions for bookings.
- Directly bookable MBPsthrough distribution APIs.
- Enquiry-based bookingsfacilitated by direct communication with hotels.
- Proposal building tools for travel agents.
- Trip management features to organize bookings.
- Listing management tools for hotel partners.
We do not provide travel services directly and act only as a booking intermediary between travel agents and hotel partners.
- Service Availability & Support
- We strive for99% uptime, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- Oursupport team is available Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 18:00 UK time.
- We are not responsible fordowntime due to maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party failures.
- User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
By using our platform, users agree to:
- Operate in good faith as members of the travel trade.
- Not engage in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities.
- Only use the platform for legitimate bookingsand not misuse the system.
- Refrain from distributing platform content that is not part of a booking flow.
- Obtain third-party consent before submitting any third-party content.
Any violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
- Third-Party Content & Hotel Listings
- Our platform allowshotel partners to list MBPs.
- Wedo not own or control third-party content and are not responsible for inaccuracies.
- Users must ensure that they have consent from third parties before submitting or using content.
- Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
- Users may access multiple payment options, as available on the platform.
- Cancellation policies and refund eligibilityare determined by the hotel partners, not by us.
- Users mustreview and agree to cancellation and refund policies before booking.
- Chargebacks, disputes, or fraudulent payment activitiesmay result in account suspension.
- Data Protection & Privacy
- We collect only thepersonal data required to operate the platform and facilitate bookings.
- We comply withGDPR and do not share user data with third parties unless required for bookings or with explicit user consent.
- Users must ensure theyhandle guest data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

- Intellectual Property & Content Usage
- All platform content, software, and branding belong to Jointheflok Limited TA Reservest.
- Users may not copy, redistribute, or modify platform content outside of a booking flow.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion if:

- Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales.
- Users must first attemptinformal resolution by contacting customer support.
- If unresolved, disputes may be referred to

- If a dispute escalates, it falls under theexclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

- Role of Jointheflok Limited TA Reservest
- We operate a technology platform that enables registered travel agents to book multi-bedroom products (MBPs) such as villas and suites.
- We do not own, manage, or operate any of the properties listed on our platform.
- We do not provide travel services, act as a tour operator, or assume responsibility for hotel operations, availability, or service quality.
- Our role is strictly to facilitate connections between travel agents and hotel partners.
- Hotel Partner Booking Terms & Conditions
All bookings made through our platform are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the respective hotel partner. This includes:
- Payment terms(deposit requirements, balance due dates, accepted payment methods).
- Cancellation policies(refund eligibility, penalties for late cancellations).
- Check-in/check-out rules(arrival times, guest requirements, local regulations).
- Additional fees(resort fees, service charges, local taxes).
Before confirming a booking, users must review and agree to the hotel’s specific terms and conditions.
- Booking Process
3.1 Directly Bookable Products
- Some MBPs are instantly bookable via our platform through API-integrated hotel partners.
- Bookings are confirmed in real time, subject to availability.
- Payment and cancellation terms are determined by the hotel.
3.2 Enquiry-Based Bookings
- Some MBPs require an enquiry process, where travel agents communicate directly with hotel partners.
- Booking confirmation is only finalized once the hotel accepts the enquiry and provides confirmation.
- Payments & Fees
- Payment policiesvary by hotel partner and will be clearly outlined during the booking process.
- Payment may be required at the time of booking or according to the hotel’s deposit and balance payment schedule.
- Wedo not handle guest payments directly; payments are processed through approved payment methods on our platform.
- Cancellations, Modifications & Refunds
- Cancellation and refund policies are determined by each hotel partner and vary based on booking terms.
- Travel agents must review the specific cancellation conditions before confirming a booking.
- If a booking is canceled or modified, any refund or penalty is subject to the hotel’s policy, and we are not liable for any non-refundable amounts.
- If a hotel partner fails to honor a booking, the matter must be resolved directly between the travel agent and the hotel, as we do not assume liability for hotel actions.
- Booking Amendments & Special Requests
- Any modifications to an existing booking (e.g., date changes, guest name changes, special requests) are subject to hotel partner approval.
- Special requests (e.g., early check-in, late check-out, room preferences)are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
- Travel Agent Responsibilities
Travel agents using our platform must:
- Ensure guest details are accurate when making bookings.
- Comply with the terms and policies of hotel partners.
- Handle client communications and manage expectations regarding cancellations, modifications, and refunds.
- Ensure payment obligations are met according to the hotel’s terms.
We are not responsible for any disputes between travel agents and their clients.
- Platform Limitations & Disclaimer
- We act as a facilitation tool for travel agents and cannot guarantee:
- The accuracy of hotel descriptions and images.
- Hotel availability, pricing, or quality of service.
- The success of any booking modification or cancellation request.
- However, we will take reasonable steps to ensure the correctness of information displayed on our platform, including working closely with hotel partners to maintain up-to-date listings.
- We are not liable for any disputes, service failures, or issues that arise between a travel agent and a hotel partner.
- Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances
- We arenot responsible for cancellations or disruptions due to force majeure events, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government travel restrictions
- Pandemics or health emergencies
- War, strikes, or unforeseen operational failures
Any refunds or modifications due to such events will be subject to the hotel partner’s policies.
- Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes regarding bookingsmust be resolved directly between the travel agent and the hotel partner.
- We may, at our discretion,assist in communication between parties but are not liable for resolutions or compensations.
- Disputes relating to our platform’s functionality or policies fall underthe laws of England and Wales and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
- Amendments to the Booking Policy
- We reserve the right toupdate this policy at any time.
- Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.
- Continued use of our platform after an updateconstitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
- Compliance with Local Laws and Regulations
